How many times had she come here to see the small children since she became and Elite Four Member? A lot? She couldn't count the times, truthfully. It was just a nice thing, I guess you could say. Sure, she loved both small children and Pokemon, though making Orphans happy was just the fun of it. She almost felt sorry for the small children sometimes, though she knew they would grow up to be something great one day. Maybe like her. Yeah, and Elite Four member. That would be nice to see one of these days, wouldn't it? That would be a true site.
The wind blew steadily as she walked into the gates of the playground, Weavile taking not time to jump over the fence it self, it seemed so low. The play ground seemed almost bared to the brown-haired girl as she latched the gate closed, as so no intruders would enter if not nessasary. Like they would try when they saw one of the Elite Four's Pokemon out of their Pokeballs, correct? Mayleen gave a heart warming smile as her green eyes scanned around the area.
"Guess we should let the others out while we go inside, huh?" her low-toned voice asked the Pokemon that stood beside her, now reaching her waist in height.
"Weavile!" the Ice-and-Dark Type merely nodded before turning and literaly taking off towards the climbing equitment, making a quick hurlte onto the monkeybars to play. Mayleen giggled slightly, before taking four Pokeballs that hung from her black belt.
"Alright, everyone!" she called, throwing all five into the air.
Four red lights shone, and out came four Grass-Type Pokemon. Instantly, all but a Sceptile burst around to the different playing equiment. A Roserade went to the Merry-Go-Round and plopped down onto it, a Torrtera close behind, using it's vine's to begin spinning the large object. A yellow and orange Meganium trotted over to the swings, instantly grabbing one of the swing's chains and swing it into the air without a rider. While they were coming to see children, they were all practicaly children them selves. May giggled, Sceptic walking over beside it's trainer with a twig in it's mouth.
"I take it we should go inside and check in?" she questioned to the Pokemon, her green eyes shining brightly. The Pokemon only nodded, and with her hands wrapped together behind her back, she walked slowly to the door to talk to the secretary about letting the kids play outside with her Pokemon. And who knows.
She could meet one that she liked.

The secretary sat behind the round, oak desk that she sat behind every single day she worked, reading a rather thick book that had a picture of a man kissing a woman. When she saw Mayleen walking up to her, she merely moved her green eyes towards her for a half of a second. The lady was quite used to seeing the same few people come to see the children, as few people spent their time at an orphanage for real. It was just the way that it was. The secretary didn't care either way, as long as she got her 27 Poke an hour, she had nothing to complain about.
"Back to play with the children again, Miss Mayleen. They're in their rooms at the moment. They should be getting up from their nap any moment now. Feel free to go back and get them, if you would like." She said, as she pulled out a long, silver key and hung it in the air for Mayleen to take. "The boys are in the last room on the left and the girls are upstair, second room on the left. "

Mayleen gave a thanks to the women at the front desk before taking the key gently, turning towards the hall way which lead to where the boy's and girl's rooms were. She couldn't help but pause at the merge between the stairs and the floor ahead, both of the rooms of the boys and girls being in differrent places. After a moment of thought, she slowly turn and in moments her feet were thumping their way up the stairs, Sceptic close behind. Guess it was the boy's room now, was it? She had visited the girls last time, though now all were probably willing to play outside due to the nice weather. And all of them were probably full of engery due to their nap, so that would work out great with her excited Pokemon. Well, halfly excited, at least, since Sceptic never really enjoyed playing with the young ones around here.
Mayleen carefully placed the silver key into the lock of the door, as to not wanting to wake the young boys that were still asleep. Many were only five or less, so it was quite depressing to see one at such a young age without a family member in sight. Slowly, Mayleen peeked her head in, her eyes looking around carfully with Sceptic close behind. Sure enough, there were a few boys awake, the others fast asleep. Or so they looked, anyway. The twenty-three year old gave a soft knock to the door before entering, a smile on her face. The grass-type behind her didn't take any time in following close behind his trainer, his arms crossed as if he were some sort of strange little human-type monster.
"Hello," she said sweetly and in a low voice, as to not disturb the other boys still fast asleep. Her hands were knotted up together at her back as she smiled towards the children. "And how are we today?"
