In this game, all you have to do is rate the avatar above you from 1-10[though you can rate over a ten, for the funness of it]. You can also make a comment on it if you want. And it doesn't matter if you do a re-rate on somebody's avatar - that's the fun of it, and a lot of people change their avatar on some sort of basis.
Well, since I am first, I can't rate. =P
